We have decided not to decorate for Christmas this year. In the past we have had guests or time off work to enjoy our decorations. This year we have a busy 11-month-old human baby added to our chaos, no guests over the holidays for the first time ever, and boxes everywhere for our January move. To summarize, there has been one exception to our decision not to decorate this year. That is one string of droopy, yellow hue holiday lights I tossed up haphazardly in our kitchen. Well, today we had a quick bit of fun with them while my son played with his lunch. I hope to expand on this concept in the future, when I actually have more than a minute trying to keep a dog in a sit and my toddler from running into her with his walker -of which she is afriad.
